Tom is a creative wizard, linking ideas and messaging with data flows and outputs. He has directed things like TV Commercials, social engagement projects and global web projects, and his work has been recognised at the Baftas, D&AD and the Webbys.


Jeremy specialises in making sense of data and growing customer value. This skill was honed as head of insight and CRM operations for Virgin Media and Santander, and as a CVM consultant for many well known brands around the world.
